This Agreement between (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) and Tails of Success Dog Training, LLC (hereinafter known as “the Trainer”) pertains to the following:

Client’s Dog (hereinafter referred to as “the Dog”)

Services: Trainer agrees to provide safe field trips  for the Client and Dog(s).These visits will take place at different locations. The Client is aware this is not a training service.

Cancellation Policy: If the Client fails to give at least 48 hours of cancellation notice, or is not present at the time of the scheduled visit, the one trip is non-refundable. For a package deal, the field trip will still be counted as one trip. One last-minute cancellation is accepted.

Refund Policy: All fees must be paid in full prior to service being delivered. Fees paid for field trips are non-refundable, without exception. Puppy socialization field trips is a service-based business and there is no way to "return" a service. Even if the client decides not to complete all trips they purchased, no credits or partial refunds will be given. Field trips expire when your puppy reaches 6 months if you have not already started using any of them. 

Weather Policy: Trainer may notify Client within 4 hours prior to the session, if the weather isn’t favorable for training, and that the session will be rescheduled at the next most convenient time for both parties.

Liability: If the Dog(s) causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal, or person (including but not limited to the Trainer and the Trainer’s agents), during or after the term of this Agreement, then the Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify the Trainer and Trainer’s agents from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If the Dog(s) is/are injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of the Agreement, the Client assumes the risk and agrees that the Trainer should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses.

Photo and Video Release: You consent to us taking photographs and videos of you and/or your dog. Permission to publish in print, electronic, or video format the likeness or image of you and/or your dog. You release all claims against Tails of Success Dog Training, LLC with respect to privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright ownership, and publication, including any claim for compensation related to the use of the materials.
