This Agreement between (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) and Tails of Success Dog Training, LLC (hereinafter known as “the Trainer”) pertains to the following:

Client’s Dog (hereinafter referred to as “the Dog”)

Services: Trainer agrees to provide private lessons for the Client and Dog(s) on a lesson-by-lesson basis, the goal being to teach the Client how to train and work with the Dog(s). These lessons will take place at the Client's home. The Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help the Client achieve training and behavior modification goals but makes no guarantee of the Dog’s performance or behavior as a result of providing professional animal training. The Client understands that he/she and members of the household must follow the Trainer’s instructions without modification, work with the Dog(s) daily as recommended, and constantly reinforce the training being given to the Dog(s).

Cancellation Policy: If the Client fails to give at least 48 hours of cancellation notice, or is not present at the time of the scheduled appointment, the session is non-refundable. For a package deal, the session will still be counted as one session. One last-minute cancellation is accepted.

Refund Policy: All fees must be paid in full prior to service being delivered. Fees paid for training are non-refundable, without exception. Dog training is a service-based business and there is no way to "return" a service. Even if the client decides not to complete all sessions or utilize all features of the training program they purchase, no credits or partial refunds will be given. Sessions expire one year from the date of purchase, and all sessions must be used within this period. If you and/or your dog do not attend a training session within one year of booking that session/program, the session/program will be forfeited.

Weather Policy: Trainer may notify Client within 4 hours prior to the session, if the weather isn’t favorable for training, and that the session will be rescheduled at the next most convenient time for both parties.

Liability: If the Dog(s) causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal, or person (including but not limited to the Trainer and the Trainer’s agents), during or after the term of this Agreement, then the Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify the Trainer and Trainer’s agents from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If the Dog(s) is/are injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of the Agreement, the Client assumes the risk and agrees that the Trainer should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses.

Photo and Video Release: You consent to us taking photographs and videos of you and/or your dog. Permission to publish in print, electronic, or video format the likeness or image of you and/or your dog. You release all claims against Tails of Success Dog Training, LLC with respect to privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright ownership, and publication, including any claim for compensation related to the use of the materials.
